- Express shipping: faster delivery option where available (timeframes vary by Australia Post service area).

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Change of mind
Due to hygiene and product integrity standards, Melton Skin Clinic does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, including where an incorrect product is purchased.
Choosing the right product
To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend an online or in-clinic consultation prior to purchasing skincare. We’re also happy to help by phone to guide you toward the most suitable products for your skin.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos and order details to assess the issue.
Once assessed, we will provide a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
