Melton Skin Clinic offers optional clinician-guided skin plans designed to support long-term skin improvement through structured treatments, professional oversight, and active skincare recommendations. Memberships are not casual treatment packs, prepaid services, or pay-per-visit arrangements.

Memberships are available to eligible clients following consultation and are subject to clinical suitability. By enrolling, you confirm you understand the structure, inclusions, billing and policies. The clinic may decline or discontinue memberships where clinically appropriate.

Memberships have a minimum commitment term (typically six months unless otherwise stated). Memberships commence on the date of the first successful payment. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Fees are non-refundable once payments commence.

Membership fees are billed weekly via automated direct debit. Payments must remain current. Failed or declined payments must be resolved within seven days. Overdue accounts may result in suspension of treatments, bookings or discounts.

All treatments are clinician-guided and selected based on safety, suitability and skin response. Treatment types may change throughout the membership. Treatments must be booked in advance and unused inclusions do not roll over beyond the membership term.

Members are subject to standard booking policies. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that treatment inclusion. Repeated breaches may result in membership review.

Memberships may be paused once during the minimum term for up to four weeks, subject to approval. During a pause, no treatments, inclusions or discounts apply.

If cancelled early, treatments received may be recalculated at full casual pricing. Any outstanding balance becomes immediately payable and all membership benefits cease upon cancellation.

Results vary and are not guaranteed. Membership fees and treatments are not refundable for change of mind, dissatisfaction or perceived lack of results. Nothing limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
