Express Shipping
• $19* (delivery times vary by location and Australia Post service availability)

Products Eligible for Shipping
Only physical retail products are shipped.
Melton Skin Clinic does not ship clinical services or in-clinic treatments, including but not limited to:
• Clinical peels
• SkinPen microneedling
• In-clinic treatments, procedures, or services
Any purchase of a service or treatment product listing is for in-clinic use only.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
